A highly unusual coming of age-film, which takes us on an adventurous journey filled with magical monkeys, mermaids, tipsy grandmothers and bhutanese pop music. 19-year-old Dechen lives with her mother and younger brother in Bhutan's capital Timphu, where she dreams of becoming a singer and of being chosen to the TV talent show 'Druk Super Star'.
